Program:  6 days and 6 nights from Saturday to Friday.

Group size: Minimum : 4, Maximum 12.

Nearest airport: Balmaceda.

Season:  December to May; closed Christmas week.

Rates:

Included: Lodging in double room with private bathroom according to program, daily guided rides. All meals, lunch and dinner accompanied by our selection of Chilean wines, beer and non-alcoholic beverages. All transfers to and from riding places, one professional guide for every 4 riders, horses, Saddle, reigns, helmet, chaps and pack horse .

Not Included: Air travel, air taxi or land transfers between Balmaceda Airport and lodge, hotel and transfers prior to and after those included within Estancia Casa Verde itinerary, gratuities, and items of a personal nature such as laundry and telephone calls and other items not specifically mentioned as included. Transfers to/from Argentina border for clients arriving or departing via Argentina. Sorry, no credit cards.

Reservations: In order to secure space, a 50% advance payment is required at the time of booking. The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. Advance payments are non refundable unless the client finds a replacement. We strongly suggest early reservations due to limited availability. We also recommend cancellation insurance for your trip. Sorry, no Credit cards.

How to get there: From Santiago take the first flight to Balmaceda ( usually 7:45 AM ). Your Driver will be outside the baggage claim area and will show you to your van.

By Land: After a gorgeous 4 hour drive along the austral road we will arrive to the Ranch. The cost of the roundtrip transfer airport -lodge-airport is $300 pp minimum group size 4.

By charter plane: A van will take you to Coyhaique airport in 45 minutes, here the charter pilot will show you to your plane. After a 35 minute scenic flight you will arrive to the lodge's airstrip. After lunch on your last day, you will take a 30 min private charter flight from the lodge to Balmaceda to connect your 4:45 pm flight to Santiago or your next destination. $ 500 per person Balmaceda-Lodge-Balmaceda.

Note: Charter costs are based on a minimum of 4 guests on plane, by suggesting arrival and departing flights, we are trying to coordinate charter flights in such a way that this condition is met in order to lower guest's charter costs.  In case guests need special charter/transfer arrangements, on arrival or departure, this will be quoted separately. Limit your luggage to a maximum of 40 lb & please use duffel bags as opposed to hard suitcases which do not fit on the charter plane compartments.

Horses: Local Criollo breed, tame.

Gratuities: As a guideline the lodge recommends $250 per person as total tip for the lodge guides and staff per guest. Tip will be distributed by lodge manager. Guides generally fish an 8 hour day, but they will cater to the serious rider who rides longer hours, in this case guide tips should be adjusted accordingly. 

Note: The acceptance of this program implies that the person knows about the nature of activities to be done. Outdoor activities have a risk of personal injury. Rios Azules Limitada or any of it`s associates shall not be or become liable or responsible in any way in connection with any loss, injury or damage to or in respect to any person or property howsoever caused or arising.  We strongly suggest our guests to get an insurance that will cover such risks. The outfitter reserves the right to cancel or change certain activities or to restrict an individual from participating on certain activities if this result on a higher risk to the physical integrity of an individual or group. Under adverse climatic conditions the activities can be changed or canceled if the outfitter estimates that there is higher risk for an individual or the group. If canceled and if possible the activities will be substituted for others. Guides and/or lodge staff may take pictures or videos of guests and these images may be used in promotional material without the need of consent unless guest specifically requests this material not to be used.
